Evil spirits do this and then live amongst MORTALS at times in this life as humans.



Pretending they are human.

So, regarding maintaining  strength in youth, their is also that matter.


That is obvious when all the facts of this existence are summarized properly.


Evil spirits even fake human identities through suspensions in time through various vortexes in the space time continuum.

And do physical things at times before MORTALS,  that dont appear mortal.

My guess is that it's a muscular injury that you just have to rest and wait out. But I'm definitely not a nurse! I'd keep an eye on it. Now we know sheep are pretty powerful 🙂
